Request about information in Synthius
Synthius users may upload private materials that mention other people. If you believe information about you is stored in a Synthius user's private account, send your request to our privacy contact and include enough detail for us to review it.
What to include
Include your name, email address, country or state, relationship to the Synthius user if known, request type, and a description of the information you believe is stored.
Do not send identity documents in the first message. If verification is needed, Synthius will request it separately through an appropriate secure process.
